Easily recognizable wine with a strong personality. It features complex aromas with hints of white and yellow fruit, a great aftertaste, a solid body with the right contrast between the heat it generates and the acidity typical of the Pecorino variety.

Seit 1960 bietet das Unternehmen Cantine di Castignano qualitativ hochwertige Produkte an, das nach das historische Dorf bennant wurde. Aufgrund etwa 500 Hektar Rebfläche und vielem Mitgliedern, sind wir die erste Genossenschaft-skellerei im Piceno-Gebiet und eines der größten in der Region Marche.
Die Herstellung von Cantine di Castignano ist historisch mit dem betreffenden Gebiet verknüpft wo die Trauben in einem absolut einzigartigen Terroir wachsen, umgeben von den Sibillini Bergen im Westen und von der Adria im Osten, mi der Leidenschaft und Hingabe von unseren Mitgliedern.
Ein Beispiel der Zusammenhang mit dem Gebiet sind unsere Weinetikette, die stellen Symbole vonTempelritter dar. Diese Kampfmönche, die kompetenteren Landwirten waren, die lokale Kultur und die Wirtschaft tief beeinflussten während der Pilgerfahrt von Rom nach Jerusa-lem. Seit mehr als 50 Jahren ist das Unternehmen ein Referenzpunkt für die Weinherstellung im Piceno-Gebiet und verfügt über eine ganz inländische Wein-und Schaumweine Produktion sowie Olivenölproduktion.
