Der traditionelle Weihnachtkuchen des Maestro Pasticcere (Konditormeister) Ferretti* ist eine Feinkost, die sehr bekannt in der Region Abruzzen ist. Der Panettone kann während der Adventszeit mit Kaffee, Tee oder als Dessert Weihnachten genossen werden. Die traditionelle Version ist mit Rosinen und kandierten Fruchten oder dank der Kreativität des Meister Konditor Ferretti, gibt es auch neue leckere Variationen z.B. mit Birne und Bitterschokolade!
