Grilled vegetables with balsamic vinegar
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 celery
- Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P.
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Wash the vegetables and cut them into thick strips.
Grill them on a grill or on a griddle.
Serve on a platter and glaze with the balsamic vinegar.
