Pineapple slices with balsamic vinegar
- 4 slices of pineapple
- 2 spoons of honey
- 1 lime
- 1 spoon of granulated sugar
- 1 sprig of mint
- 1 spoon of balsamic vinegar
In a bowl combine honey, lime juice, and flavour the pineapple for about 10 minutes so that it absorbs all the flavours and aromas. Then grill the pineapple.
In a mixer, mix the sugar and mint to obtain a tasty sugar.
Arrange the pineapple slices on a plate and glaze with balsamic vinegar. Finally sprinkle the mint sugar.
