Pork girello with radicchio
- 1 slice of pork
- 1 head of radicchio
- 2-3 slices of speck
- 1 teaspoon of Parmigiano Reggiano
- Cream with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P.
Compose the girello with the slice of pork, the radicchio, the Parmigiano and the speck.
Wrap the slice of pork like a roll.
Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Serve and glaze with the Cream.
