Pork girello with radicchio

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 slice of pork
  • 1 head of radicchio
  • 2-3 slices of speck
  • 1 teaspoon of Parmigiano Reggiano
  • Cream with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P.

PREPARATION:

Compose the girello with the slice of pork, the radicchio, the Parmigiano and the speck.

Wrap the slice of pork like a roll.

Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Serve and glaze with the Cream.
