The Oleificio Silvestri Rosina is located south of Marche in the province of Ascoli Piceno in a lush valley where the oil is always the pride of pleasant culture. The experience and the success of the Albertini family and run for more generations have allowed the transformation and the replacement of equipment in a modern facility in which they are operating both extraction systems: TRADITIONAL, with the old millstones of granite and the CONTINUOUS using the new extraction system for centrifuge. Ours is a family business that ebngages with loyalty to its customers by providing them with an ever/controlled oil and secure source.

Our oil is produced exclusively in our company and pressed olives are purchased directly from farms on which we maintain exclusivity of supply in order to always be sure of the freshness and authenticity of the product.
