Type of Grappa: Grappa aged in oak.
Grapes: The pomace used is the result of an accurately selection of the finest Amarone grapes.
Aging/refinment: Left to rest for a long time in small limousine's oak barrels.
Selection of marc from dried grapes of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, giving rise to great Amarone wine. This grappa is obtained from the careful selection of the finest Amarone grape, distilled in tin discontinuous still steam by our master distillater.
Then Grappa is left to age for a long time in small Limousin oak barrels fine, placed in the silence of a dark environment. Slowly, the Grappa, in full harmony, extracted from the wood a natural color, a mature character, full and refined to achieve a blend of flavors unique and unmistakable.
