Our Organic Sweet & Sour Fig Sauce & Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. is made from carefully selected fruits. These are placed in open boilers over direct heat and gently cooked according to the traditional method. This process allows the fruit to retain its flavour. Our sauce contains fruit and the sugars it naturally contains. We prefer the simplest recipes, with no added colourings, preservatives, thickeners, antioxidants or sulphites. This allows us to offer products with one of the highest fruit contents on the market.

To make our sauces even more special and inimitable, we clearly add our best Organic Balsamic Vinegar from Modena. This combination provides a lovely contrast between the acidity and sweetness of the fruit, and offers unique flavours and aromas. Our sauces, prepared only with fruit from organic cultivations, allow us to guarantee high quality, genuine and delicious products.
