Baby onions with balsamic vinegar
INGREDIENTS:
- 450g of onions borettane
- 1 spoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt to taste
- Half glass of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P.
- 2 spoons of sugar
PREPARATION:
Peel and wash the onions.
In a pan pour the balsamic vinegar and the sugar and melt them until the mixture is smooth.
In another pan, fry the onions with oil and salt. Add the onions to the mixture of balsamic vinegar and sugar and cook again on low heat for 15 minutes.
Serve warm.
