Emilian delicacies

In: Starters On:


  • Parma raw ham
  • A spoon of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P.
  • A spoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • 120g of rocket
  • Parmesan flakes


To prepare the sauce, place in a bowl the balsamic vinegar, olive oil and salt. Stir well to obtain an homogeneous mixture.

Add to the bowl the previously washed rocket and mix everything with your hands to impregnate the rocket with the sauce.

Serve the rocket, add the parmesan cheese and the raw ham.


For this dish, we recommend using a Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. Aged, full-bodied yet delicate.
