Light lasagne

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 sheets of pasta for lasagna
  • 150g of rocket
  • 100g of ricotta cheese
  • 20g of Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 20g of walnuts
  • Balsamic Vinegar

PREPARATION:

Mix 10 g of Parmigiano and the ricotta cheese.

Boil the pasta for lasagna and cut two strips from each sheet.

Compose the lasagne with a layer of pasta, the mixture of ricotta and Parmigiano, the rocket and finally the walnuts.

If you prefer you can create a mixture of walnuts and cheese, but hold some walnuts by for the decoration of the final layer.

Finish sprinkling the remaining 10gr of Parmigiano and drizzling the Balsamic Condiment.
