King prawns with balsamic vinegar

INGREDIENTS:

  • Half kg of prawns
  • 1 ground clove of garlic
  • Parsley to taste
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

PREPARATION:

Wash the prawns in cold water. In a saucepan put the prawns, oil, salt, pepper and garlic and brown them for a few minutes.

Simmer with the Balsamic Condiment, and when it evaporates add the fresh chopped parsley.

Arrange the prawns on the plate, and if you want you can add again a little oil and Balsamic Condiment.
