Sliced fillet of beef with balsamic vinegar
INGREDIENTS:
- 500g of beef fillet
- 30g of Parmigiano Reggiano flakes
- 3 spoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- A bunch of rocket
- Salt
- Balsamic Vinegar
PREPARATION:
First, rub the meat with the salt and fry it 2 minutes per side over high heat on a very hot pan.
Immediately cut the meat into rather thin slices and place them on a baking tray, trying not to overlap them.
Bake the tray for 4-6 minutes, or just 2 minutes if you want the meat rare.
Remove the meat from the oven and place it on a plate, garnishing it to taste with rocket, Parmigiano Reggiano, Balsamic Vinegar, salt and oil.
