Mixed berry ice cream with balsamic vinegar
- 200ml of fresh cream
- 200ml of milk
- 100g of sugar
- Mixed berries to taste
- Balsamic vinegar
Pour the milk, the cream and the sugar in a saucepan and place over low heat for 4-5 minutes until the sugar dissolves.
Let the mixture cool to room temperature and further cool it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Meanwhile place a container in the freezer (it will be necessary for the ice cream).
Remove the mixture from the refrigerator, whip it and put it in the freezer.
At regular intervals of 35 minutes stir the mixture when the surface gets solid. Often repeat the operation to obtain a creamy ice cream, always mixing it at regular intervals.
After about five hours, when it is ready, place it in a bowl or on a plate and add fresh mixed berries and balsamic dressing to taste.
For this dish we recommend a Balsamic vinegar Modena I.G.P Aged, creamy and full-bodied.
